About

As a psychologist, I believe that awareness coupled with insight creates change. I am committed to making positive changes with my clients and guide them on a journey that can lead to self-awareness, powerful insight, and balance to overcome emotional barriers. Resilience is key in this process. I work to explore, develop, and celebrate your resilience to achieve meaningful interpersonal relationships, stability, and confidence.
Among the beautiful diversity of my clients, I have found that the need to be heard and seen, the need to belong, and the need for unconditional love are some of the core requisites that connects us all. I like to call it the human condition.
Building trust and taking the time to get to know you is how the process starts. I am genuinely passionate about what I do and engage with deep empathy, transparency, and humor.
I have my Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) from The California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University. I have had experience working with clients in preschool, K-8th grades, psychiatric hospital, group practice, private practice, and geriatric facilities. I also love to supervise interns and teach courses to graduate students.
