Capital T or lower-case t, it doesn’t matter how big or small you think your trauma is, it has impacted you in ways you need to sort out.  And what about the trauma passed down to you by your ancestors and/or just the previous generation? 

That kind of legacy- not worth the hype! Trauma can manifest in so many ways in your day-to-day life and you may not even know that's what you are dealing with! Do you get feelings of fear, anxiety, irritability, numbness, mood swings? We can also experience intrusive thoughts, nightmares, and flashbacks making it hard to sleep, rest, eat or calm our bodies.

Trauma and Generational trauma

Trauma can also impact your relationships, making it hard to trust people, say no, not over-react, or simply keeps you lonely. We gotta make sense of your experiences. Figure out the why and how of what you feel, think and do because of your trauma experiences. You want to break the cycle of pain and negativity. Let’s heal those wounds together!
